They are seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join the executive leadership team. This is a unique opportunity to partner with the CEO and Board of Directors to drive financial strategy, operations, and long-term value creation during a pivotal growth stage. The position will lead all aspects of finance, accounting, treasury, cash management, and strategic initiatives while helping scale the organization for future expansion.

Responsibilities

Lead the overall financial strategy and planningOwn accounting, reporting audit, treasury, and internal controls across the management companyManage lender, investor, and banking relationshipsPartner with executive leadership on strategic growth initiatives, M&A evaluations, and capital allocation decisionsBuild and mentor a high-performing finance and accounting organizationSupporting investor relations and fundraising Preparing diligence materials

Qualifications

12+ years of experience in accounting, finance, and operationsExperience managing a team of 5+Experience with trade ops, futures, options and FXFluency with private fund mechanics
