Chain Store Operations Manager / Restaurant Franchise Director

Position OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Chain Store Operations Manager / Restaurant Franchise Director to oversee multi-store operations, franchise performance, and business growth. The role will drive operational excellence, revenue growth, customer experience, and franchisee performance.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations across multiple stores and franchise locations.Develop and implement operational standards, SOPs, and performance KPIs.Manage franchisee relationships and ensure brand and service standards.Monitor sales, profitability, costs, and overall store performance.Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and revenue.Lead, coach, and develop store and regional management teams.Support new store openings, expansion, and franchise development.Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and company standards.RequirementsDegree in Business, Hospitality, Management, or related field.5–8+ years of experience in multi-store, retail, or restaurant operations.Proven experience managing chain stores or franchise operations.Strong leadership, commercial, and problem-solving skills.Experience with P&L, KPI management, cost control, and team development.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience in restaurant, F&B, retail, or hospitality is preferred.
