Change & Adoption SpecialistWe are looking for a Change & Adoption Specialist to support organization-wide strategic and transformation initiatives by ensuring new processes, systems, and ways of working are effectively implemented and adopted.

Key Responsibilities

Develop change management and adoption plans for strategic initiativesAssess organizational impact and readiness for changeDevelop stakeholder engagement and communication plansCoordinate training, awareness, and adoption activitiesIdentify resistance and adoption barriers and support mitigation actionsDefine adoption KPIs and monitor implementation progressSupport leaders and teams in embedding new ways of workingGather stakeholder feedback and translate insights into improvement actionsSupport post-implementation reviews to ensure changes are sustained

Requirements

5–8 years of experience in Change Management, Transformation, Organizational Development, or Strategy ImplementationExperience supporting enterprise-wide transformation initiativesStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience in change impact assessments and adoption planningStrong project management and facilitation skillsAbility to work effectively across different functions and organizational levels
