Birbal AI is building a senior delivery team for a landmark AI-Native Enterprise Business Process Reengineering Programme for a major Abu Dhabi Government organization.We are seeking an experienced Emirati Change Management & Capability Lead to drive organizational change, user adoption, capability development, and knowledge transfer across enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute enterprise change management and adoption strategies.Design communication and stakeholder engagement plans.Identify and manage change champions across business units.Lead capability-building initiatives and knowledge transfer programmes.Develop training materials and conduct training sessions in Arabic and English.Support business readiness, user adoption, and organizational transformation.Collaborate with governance, process, and project teams to ensure successful implementation.Qualifications8+ years of Change Management experience on large-scale digital transformation programmes.UAE National (Emirati) – MandatoryProven experience in capability building, training, and organizational change.Experience working with UAE Government or large public-sector organizations.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Professional proficiency in Arabic and English.Experience preparing bilingual training materials and knowledge-transfer documentation.Preffered Certification: Prosci ADKAR (preferred)CCMPLearning & Development certifications
