Change Management Consultant / Senior Manager (D1-D2)Locations: London | Manchester | Glasgow | NewcastleSalary: Up to £88,000 (D1) | Up to £110,000 (D2)Performance Bonus: Level-dependent bonus availableHybrid Working: Primarily home-based with client-site travel as requiredILR or British passport mandatory | SC Clearance Eligibility RequiredAre you an experienced Change Management professional passionate about helping organisations successfully navigate complex transformation programmes?A leading global transformation consultancy is growing its Change Acceleration practice and is looking for both Managing Consultants (D1) and Senior Managers (D2) to deliver large-scale business and technology transformation initiatives across public and private sector clients.The RoleYou'll work with senior client stakeholders to shape and deliver complex transformation programmes, ensuring people, processes and technology change successfully align to strategic business outcomes.Key responsibilities include:Leading organisational change and business transformation programmes.Developing and implementing change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans and adoption frameworks.Managing communications, training, business readiness and change delivery activities.Building trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and programme leadership teams.Leading multi-disciplinary teams and mentoring consultants.Supporting proposals, bids, client pitches and business development activities.Contributing to thought leadership, proposition development and innovation within the Change practice.Driving the successful adoption of new technologies, operating models and ways of working.What the client is looking for:Managing Consultant (D1)Minimum 10 years' experience in Change Management, Transformation or Organisational Change.Proven track record delivering complex business transformation programmes.Strong stakeholder management and change leadership capabilities.Experience operating within consulting and/or large corporate environments.Strong understanding of Agile and hybrid delivery approaches.Senior Manager (D2)In addition to the above:Experience leading large-scale, strategic transformation programmes.Strong commercial and client engagement management capability.Experience developing consulting offerings and contributing to business growth.Ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead multiple workstreams simultaneously.Track record of developing teams and growing client relationships.Preferred ExperienceExperience supporting transformations involving:SAP S/4HANASalesforceWorkdayMicrosoft DynamicsMicrosoft Copilot and AI-enabled change initiativesDesirable certifications:PROSCI Change PractitionerAPMG Change ManagementPRINCE2MSP, MoP or P3OAgile certificationsWorking ModelFlexible hybrid working with a strong work-from-home culture.Travel to client sites across London, Manchester, Glasgow and Newcastle as required.Hiring Manager based in Glasgow.Candidates with notice periods of up to 3 months will be considered.Security Clearance EligibilityDue to the nature of the work, candidates must be eligible for UK Security Clearance (SC).To be eligible, applicants should not have been outside of the UK for more than 28 consecutive days during the past five years.BenefitsPrivate medical coverPension schemeLife assuranceIncome protectionHealthcare cash planVirtual GP serviceDental coverGym membership discountsCycle-to-Work schemeHoliday tradingEmployee discounts platformWellbeing and mental health supportFlexible benefits package tailored to your needsInterested?If you're passionate about helping organisations successfully deliver complex change and transformation programmes while working in a collaborative, high-performing consulting environment, I would love to hear from you!
