The Candidate is responsible for planning and executing change management activities for Oracle-based transformation initiatives, including assessing change impacts, developing change strategies, and supporting adoption across business units. Day-to-day tasks include conducting stakeholder and readiness assessments, designing communication and training plans, facilitating workshops, and preparing materials that help users understand and embrace new processes and systems. Oracle Functional Consultants should not apply. We are specifically inviting only Oracle Change Managers.The consultant will work closely with project managers, functional leads, and client stakeholders to align change plans with project timelines, monitor engagement and resistance, and provide guidance on best practices for business transformation. The role also involves tracking change-related metrics, preparing status reports, and continuously refining change approaches to ensure successful Oracle implementation and sustainable business outcomes.QualificationsCandidates should possess 7-10 years of strong Analytical Skills to assess change impacts, interpret data, and support decision-making throughout Oracle transformation initiatives.Candidates should possess Business Transformation and Management Consulting experience to design and guide end-to-end change strategies that align with organizational goals.Candidates should possess Consulting capabilities, including client-facing engagement, problem-solving, and advisory skills, to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to create clear messages, lead workshops, deliver training, and support stakeholder alignment.Experience with Oracle enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, HCM, CX, SCM) and related implementation or rollout projects is highly beneficial.Proven experience in change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci or equivalent) and organizational change frameworks is preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced certifications in change management or consulting are an advantage.Ability to work on-site with client teams in the UAE, manage multiple workstreams, and adapt to dynamic project environments.
