Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid)Duration: 12month (Possible extension/conversion)Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced Change Management Lead to drive regulatory reporting initiatives and BAU remediation projects within financial services.

The role involves managing regulatory change, conducting impact assessments and gap analyses, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery in line with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead regulatory reporting projects and regulatory change implementation.Conduct impact assessments, gap analyses, and develop implementation plans.Drive stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and process improvements.Manage project managers and business analysts across business and technology functions.Coordinate with Operations, Front Office, Middle Office, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Technology.Oversee project governance, risks, budgets, timelines, and senior management reporting.Facilitate steering committees and working groups, ensuring quality delivery and regulatory compliance.Required Qualifications:8–10 years of experience in financial services, regulatory change, or project management.Knowledge of capital markets products, securities processing, and derivatives.Experience with non-financial regulatory reporting regulations such as CFTC, SEC, EMIR, SFTR, MiFID II/MiFIR, CSA, or CAT.Proven experience in project delivery, business process improvement, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management.Proficiency in MS Office, Visio, and MS Project.Dexian stands at the forefront of Talent + Technology solutions with a presence spanning more than 70 locations worldwide and a team exceeding 10,000 professionals.
