Change Manager

We're looking for a Change Manager to lead transformation initiatives, improve customer experiences, and support the successful adoption of digital solutions.What you'll do:Lead change management and communication strategies for transformation projectsConduct change impact and business readiness assessmentsManage stakeholders, build engagement, and drive change adoptionPartner with cross-functional teams including Operations, Sales, Product, Finance, HR, and ITDevelop communication and training plans to support successful implementationMonitor change progress and help ensure business benefits are achievedWhat we're looking for:3–5 years of experience in Change Management, Transformation, or Program/Project ManagementKnowledge of change management frameworks such as Prosci, Kotter, or similarStrong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skillsExperience working with cross-functional and global teamsData-driven, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
