Change Manager

We are looking for an experienced Operational Excellence / Business Excellence professional to join a major infrastructure programme in Saudi Arabia.This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who understands the complexities of managing large-scale projects and has a proven track record in establishing PMO frameworks, strengthening project governance, driving operational performance and embedding continuous improvement across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead operational excellence initiatives across the PMO, ensuring alignment with established policies, procedures and project management frameworks.Drive continuous improvement, quality assurance, risk management and performance optimization.Establish and monitor project KPIs, dashboards and performance reporting.Strengthen project governance, Stage Gate processes and risk management frameworks.Oversee project performance evaluation and ensure effective utilization of PMIS platforms.Support organizational capability development, knowledge transfer and operational efficiency.What We Are Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university.Minimum 20 years of experience in large-scale project management environments.Demonstrated experience in establishing, managing and improving PMO functions.Strong knowledge of project governance, quality management, risk management and performance monitoring.Familiarity with Primavera P6, Oracle Unifier and other project management information systems.International project experience, preferably within Saudi Arabia.Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.We are particularly interested in professionals currently holding positions such as:Operational Excellence Manager | Business Excellence Manager | PMO Director | PMO Performance Manager | Business Transformation Manager | Programme Excellence Manager | Continuous Improvement Manager.
