As a key brand under China FAW Group, we are dedicated to bringing high-quality, high-performance passenger vehicles to the Middle Eastern market. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Channel Director to lead our network expansion and channel management strategies across the Kingdom.Key Responsibilities:Network Strategy & Expansion: Lead the end-to-end strategy for dealership network planning, recruitment, evaluation, and onboarding across key cities in Saudi Arabia.Channel Management: Oversee and optimize dealer operations, sales performance, service standards, and brand compliance to ensure strong sales growth and customer satisfaction.Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, high-trust partnerships with major local automotive dealership groups and key stakeholders.Market Analysis: Monitor regional market trends, competitor channel strategies, and automotive policies in KSA to refine distribution tactics.Target Achievement: Establish regional sales targets for channel partners and support them with effective operational guidance and resources.Qualifications & Requirements:Industry Experience: Minimum 8–10 years of automotive industry experience, with a proven track record in channel management, dealer network development, or sales leadership within the passenger vehicle (PV) sector.Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory (written and spoken).Local Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian automotive retail landscape, dealer networks, and consumer behavior.Skills: Strong negotiation, leadership, business planning, and cross-cultural communication skills.How to Apply:If you are ready to drive our brand growth in Saudi Arabia, please submit your CV/resume directly on LinkedIn or email us at [Your Contact Email] with the subject line "Application - Channel Director (KSA)".
