🚢 We’re Hiring: Charter Manager – Seagull Offshore📍 Location: Dubai / Cyprus / London👤 Reporting to: EVP Offshore / Chief Operating OfficerSeagull Offshore is looking for an experienced Charter Manager to support and develop our vessel chartering activities across offshore energy and infrastructure projects.This is an opportunity for a marine professional with strong commercial experience and established industry relationships to play an important role in identifying and securing suitable offshore vessels for our projects.The RoleWorking closely with our Business Development, Commercial and Operations teams, you will manage the chartering process from initial vessel sourcing and evaluation through commercial negotiation, contract award and mobilisation.Key responsibilities will include:• Source and charter ERRVs, DP vessels, AHTS, PSVs and other offshore support vessels• Develop and maintain relationships with vessel owners, operators and brokers• Review vessel availability, capability, certification and suitability for project requirements• Negotiate charter rates, mobilisation/demobilisation arrangements, extensions and other commercial terms• Provide vessel availability, technical information and commercial input for tenders and proposals• Support vessel sourcing strategies for upcoming projects and opportunities• Maintain market awareness of vessel availability, supply and demand, and prevailing charter rates• Coordinate with Operations to support smooth vessel mobilisation and project delivery• Assist with the commercial review of charter party terms and related contractual requirements• Maintain accurate records of charter arrangements, rates, options and commitments• Build and develop a reliable international network of vessel owners, operators and industry partnersWhat We’re Looking For:• Experience in offshore vessel chartering, marine commercial management or a related position• Good knowledge of the offshore support vessel market• Practical exposure to ERRV and DP vessels• Experience working with vessel owners, operators and/or brokers• Experience supporting offshore energy or infrastructure projects• Strong commercial negotiation and relationship-management skills• Experience providing chartering input into tenders and proposals• Understanding of vessel capability, availability, certification and commercial considerationsExperience with AHTS, PSV, emergency response, marine safety or offshore security services would be an advantage.Who We’re Looking For:We are looking for a commercially minded marine professional who combines strong industry relationships with practical operational understanding.You understand that successful vessel chartering involves finding the right balance between capability, availability, reliability, commercial terms and overall project requirements.You will be comfortable working collaboratively with clients, vessel owners, brokers and internal teams in an international offshore environment.📩 Interested in joining Seagull Offshore?Please apply through LinkedIn or send your CV directly to joan@seagullsecurity.com for consideration.
