CHARTER MANAGER — MONACOCVs should be sent directly to: monaco@denisonyachting.comPlease apply only if you meet all of the following criteria:Minimum 3 years’ experience specifically as a Charter ManagerExperience and strong working knowledge of the large yacht charter marketFluent written and spoken EnglishAlready legally authorised to work in Monaco without sponsorshipApplications that do not meet these criteria will not be considered.THE ROLEDenison Yachting is seeking an experienced Charter Manager to manage an existing portfolio of yachts within our European Charter Management fleet and drive its continued growth.Based in Monaco, the role reports to the European Managing Director and works closely with Marketing, Finance, Yacht Management, Sales and the US Charter team.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCharter ManagementManage assigned yachts and oversee day-to-day charter activity.Ensure commercial compliance, accurate contracts, accounts and CRM records.Monitor yacht operations, service standards and crew.Advise clients and brokers on cruising destinations, itineraries and charter activities.Promote the Denison Yachting charter fleet in collaboration with Owners, Captains, Brokers, Marketing and Yacht Management.Client & Broker RelationshipsMaintain and develop relationships with existing clients and charter brokers worldwide.Manage regular client and broker communications and marketing activity.Represent Denison Yachting at relevant industry events and yacht shows.Business DevelopmentIdentify and secure new yachts for the Charter Fleet, with a focus on larger, higher-value and newer vessels.Leverage Denison Yachting’s existing network and resources to generate new business.Work with Sales Brokers and other departments to maximise commercial opportunities.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORAn established Charter Manager with a strong understanding of the large yacht market, excellent industry relationships and a genuine commercial focus.The successful candidate will be proactive, professional and enthusiastic, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating across a multi-disciplinary team.Additional languages are an advantage.Monaco CDI.
