You'll own statutory accounts, tax filings, consolidation and management reporting, while keeping us compliant with HMRC and Companies House. This role suits someone hands-on in the numbers who can also support leadership with clear financial insight.RequirementsResponsibilitiesStatutory Accounts: Prepare UK statutory accounts and Corporation Tax returnsMonth-End Close: Lead month-end close and monthly management accountsGroup Accounting: Manage multi-entity accounting and group consolidationCash Flow: Build and maintain cash flow forecastsBudgeting: Own budgeting and forecasting cyclesXero: Run all entities on Xero, hands-onReporting: Prepare board and management reportsCompliance: Handle Companies House and HMRC filings, VAT returns and PAYEAudit: Work with external auditors on year-end auditsRequirementsQualification: Qualified CA or ACCA (mandatory)Experience: Minimum 4-5 years in accounting/financeUK Experience: Proven experience in UK statutory accounts and Corporation TaxStandards: Strong knowledge of UK GAAP (FRS 102) and IFRSUK Tax: Experience with VAT returns and PAYE/payroll complianceGroup Experience: Strong multi-entity, multi-currency and consolidation backgroundXero: Hands-on Xero experience, ideally multi-entityReporting: Track record in board or management reportingAdvantage: Healthcare, pharmacy or regulated industry; EU VAT / OSS; UAE experience; e-commerce / D2CBenefitsAt SIBIE Ltd, as a global organisation operating across Europe, the US, the UK, and the UAE, we offer visa sponsorship.
