Chartered Accountant - Junior

We are currently looking for a Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our accounting and tax consultancy firm. The role involves supporting client accounting, taxation, compliance, and financial reporting requirements across various industries in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and an interest in taxation and consultancy services. The candidate will work closely with senior professionals in handling client assignments related to accounting, VAT, Corporate Tax, audit support, and compliance services.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in managing accounting and bookkeeping activities for clientsPrepare financial statements, reconciliations, and management reportsSupport VAT and Corporate Tax compliance, filing, and documentationReview accounting records and maintain financial accuracyAssist with audit assignments and supporting documentationEnsure compliance with UAE accounting standards and regulationsCoordinate with clients for financial and compliance-related informationSupport senior consultants in advisory and financial reporting tasksMaintain proper documentation and filing of client recordsAssist in identifying accounting and tax-related issues and discrepanciesRequired QualificationsQualified CA or CA FinalistBachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldStrong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulationsBasic knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulationsProficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applicationsInternship or prior experience in accounting, audit, or taxation is preferredPreferred QualitiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyProfessionalism and integrityGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage deadlines and multitask effectivelyTeam collaboration abilitiesClient-oriented mindset and willingness to learnAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced consultancy environmentSalaryAED 3,000 – AED 6,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.Work EnvironmentThis is a consultancy-focused role involving direct exposure to client accounting, taxation, compliance, and advisory assignments across different industries in the UAE.
