The ideal candidate will independently manage client assignments from Day 1, handle client interactions with confidence, and guide a team of interns to deliver high-quality work.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & MentoringLead a team of 5–6 interns, assign tasks, and oversee execution of internal audit and business advisory projects.Mentor interns through technical training, ensuring quality and accuracy in all audit and advisory deliverables.Internal Audit & CompliancePlan, conduct, and review internal audits and Internal Financial Control (IFC) audits to assess risk management and compliance.Identify process inefficiencies, internal control weaknesses, and areas for operational improvement in client organisations.Business AdvisoryProvide business advisory services, including financial analysis and strategic recommendations.Assist clients in setting up and optimising Management Information Systems (MIS) to enable better financial and operational decision-making.Evaluate suitable growth strategies and help clients scale their businesses by improving financial performance and operational efficiency.Candidate RequirementsQualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5+ years of post-qualification experience.Must have completed the entire articleship in the relevant profile, or have a minimum of 2–4 years of strong post-qualification experience in the same domain.Proven ability to independently handle assignments from Day 1.Confident in managing client interactions.Based in Mumbai (candidates from other locations will not be considered).Skills: business advisory,internal audit,financial performance,financial analysis,internal financial control,mis,compliance,qualified chartered accountant,ca
