Chat & Call Center Sales & Customer Support Representative

📢 WE’RE HIRING!Position: Chat & Call Center Sales & Customer Support RepresentativeWazeer Begum Bicycles Trading & Repairing LLC is looking for a confident, patient, and customer-focused representative who can handle online inquiries and incoming calls and actively convert them into sales or confirmed repair bookings.

Main Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and other online channels
• Answer incoming customer calls professionally
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right product, spare part, or repair service
• Actively convert inquiries into product sales or confirmed repair/service bookings
• Follow up with potential customers until the inquiry is closed or resolved
• Handle customer complaints, angry or difficult customers calmly and professionally
• Listen to customer concerns, identify the issue, and provide appropriate solutions within company policy
• Know when an issue needs to be escalated to a manager or the appropriate department
• Handle objections and encourage customers to proceed with their purchase, shop visit, or repair booking
• Arrange and confirm repair and home-service bookings
• Provide accurate information about products, prices, availability, services, and branch locations
• Coordinate with branches, sales staff, technicians, and delivery teams when required
• Properly record and label inquiries, leads, sales, repair bookings, complaints, and follow-ups
• Ensure potential customers and unresolved complaints are properly followed up
• Maintain fast, polite, and professional communication at all times
• Work toward sales and repair conversion targets

Requirements

• Good spoken and written English
• Strong sales and customer-service skills
• Confident in closing sales and converting inquiries into repair bookings
• Patient and professional when dealing with angry or difficult customers
• Good problem-solving and conflict-handling skills
• Able to remain calm under pressure
• Comfortable handling multiple chats and phone calls
• Familiar with WhatsApp Business, Facebook, and Instagram messaging
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills
• Previous experience in online sales, telesales, call center, or customer service is preferred
• Basic computer skills
