You will be the voice behind the chat, assisting AT&T customers with their inquiries and ensuring they receive top-notch assistance in a timely manner.Your Role Will Include:Responding to customer inquiries via chat with a friendly and professional demeanorResolving issues and providing information about AT&T products and servicesHandling customer complaints and questions effectively, ensuring satisfactionMaintaining a positive attitude while managing multiple chat interactions simultaneouslyDocumenting conversations and ensuring follow-up where necessaryRequirementsExcellent written communication skills with a friendly and clear tonePrevious experience in a customer service role, particularly in chat support, is a plusStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feetAbility to handle high volumes of chat interactions efficientlyFamiliarity with AT&T products and services is advantageousProficiency with computers and chat support softwareStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsBenefitsThe WEEKLY COMISSION will be paid based on performance, you receive can an additional $1, $2, or $3 an hour. Monthly COMISSION - To qualify for the monthly commission, YOU MUST WORK 150 HOURS AND 7 DAY FUNCTION RESOLVE 91% OR HIGHER. Full-Time Hours: 40 hours per week schedule, with overtime opportunities!
