Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns. Handle customer complaints and queries with patience, professionalism, and empathy. Maintain records of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-ups. Follow company guidelines, quality standards, and established customer service procedures. Meet daily performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets. Candidate RequirementsMinimum qualification: Higher Secondary (10+2) or Diploma; a bachelor's degree is preferred. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are mandatory. Strong typing, comprehension, and written communication skills. Basic computer knowledge and the ability to navigate multiple applications. Freshers are welcome to apply. Previous experience in customer service, customer support, or other customer-facing roles will be an added advantage. Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night shifts and weekends.
