Chatbot Developer

Job SummaryWe are looking for a Bot Developer to design, develop, and maintain conversational AI and chatbot solutions using the Kore.ai Artemis platform. The role will involve developing conversational flows, integrating bots with backend systems and APIs, and working with AI technologies to deliver effective and scalable digital experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and maintain chatbots and conversational AI solutions.Develop and configure bots using the Kore.ai Artemis platform.Build conversational flows, intents, entities, and business logic.Develop backend integrations between bots and enterprise systems using APIs.Write and maintain clean, efficient code using JavaScript and relevant backend technologies.Integrate conversational solutions with external services and databases.Troubleshoot, test, and optimize chatbot performance.Work closely with business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver chatbot solutions.Participate in Agile development processes and contribute to continuous improvement.Requirements3+ years of experience in Bot Development, Chatbot Development, Conversational AI, or a related field.Experience with Kore.ai is preferred.Experience with Kore.ai Artemis is an advantage, or willingness to be trained on the platform.Strong programming skills in JavaScript (JS).Experience with Node.js or other backend technologies.Good understanding of REST APIs and system integrations.Experience with conversational AI, NLP, chatbots, or virtual assistants.Familiarity with LLMs, Generative AI, or Agentic AI is a plus.Good understanding of software development and testing practices.Experience working in an Agile environment is preferred.
