Role DescriptionA Chauffeur is responsible for providing safe, reliable, professional, and discreet transportation services to clients, executives, guests, or assigned passengers. The role focuses on passenger safety, punctuality, vehicle presentation, route planning, confidentiality, and high-quality customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesSafely transport passengers to airports, offices, residences, hotels, meetings, events, and other destinations.Plan efficient routes using GPS and navigation systems while considering traffic and road conditions.Maintain punctuality and ensure timely arrivals and departures.Operate assigned vehicles responsibly and in compliance with traffic laws and safety requirements.Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.Maintain vehicle cleanliness, presentation, fuel levels, and overall operating condition.Coordinate vehicle servicing, maintenance, inspections, and repairs.Assist passengers with luggage and personal belongings when required.Provide courteous, discreet, and professional service to passengers.Maintain strict confidentiality regarding passenger information, schedules, destinations, and personal matters.Monitor traffic, weather, road conditions, parking availability, and alternative routes.Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, vehicle maintenance, and related activities.Report accidents, traffic incidents, vehicle defects, or safety concerns promptly.Coordinate airport pickups, business meetings, corporate transportation, events, and private appointments.Confirm passenger schedules and transportation arrangements in advance.Communicate professionally with clients, personal assistants, reception teams, hotels, security personnel, and other relevant contacts.Handle unexpected schedule changes, route changes, delays, and transportation requirements professionally.Ensure the vehicle is properly equipped with required safety and emergency items.Support additional transportation-related duties as assigned.Maintain a professional appearance and consistently high service standards.QualificationsValid driver's license appropriate for the assigned vehicle.Clean and responsible driving record.Strong knowledge of local roads, traffic regulations, routes, and navigation systems.Excellent defensive-driving and vehicle-handling skills.Strong punctuality, reliability, and time-management abilities.Professional appearance, communication, and customer-service skills.Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance, safety checks, and emergency procedures.Ability to remain calm and professional under changing traffic or scheduling conditions.Strong discretion and ability to handle confidential information.Ability to work independently and adapt to flexible schedules.Good interpersonal skills and a service-oriented attitude.Familiarity with luxury vehicles, executive transportation, airport transfers, or corporate chauffeur services is advantageous.High level of responsibility, integrity, professionalism, and commitment to passenger safety.
