We are seeking a professional Chauffeur to join our small team. As a Chauffeur/Driver, you will be responsible for providing safe and reliable transportation to our clients, with impeccable client service.The succesful candidate will join a small team and work directly with the founder day to day to deliver a quality experience for our clients. You will also have the opportunity to have input on how we operate, improve, key business decisions as well as learn our businesses processes. As we grow, we foresee this candidate growing with us. About youThe ideal candidate for this role is someone with a can-do attitude, is friendly and enjoys the challenge of working in a small business with growth ambitions. Whilst driving/chauffeur experience will be an advantage to your application, we are as interested in the personality of this hire as we are in any experience or qualifications.The ideal candidate is not only an excellent driver with good knowledge of the roads in the South East, but is also a strong communicator with both clients and other drivers. You will have an ability to ‘read the room’ and adapt to your approach to our clients requirements. You will be comfortable working in a flexible and often ad hoc environment to meet the requirments of our clients. Responsibilities* Safely and efficiently transport clients to their destinations, following predetermined routes and schedules* Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a pleasant and comfortable ride for our clients * Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage* Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle at all times* Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations, including* Plan and coordinate routes to ensure timely arrival and departure for clients* Handle any unforeseen delays or obstacles with professionalism and problem-solving skills* Provide the complete chauffeur experience to clients* Occasionally take vehicles for mechanical maintenance* Communicate effectively with clients and the team ⸻Essential Requirements* Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (3 points considered)* Based within a 20 to 30 minute commute of Staines, United Kingdom * Previous experience as a chauffeur or working with HNW individuals * Excellent knowledge of the roads of the south east, especially London and the Thames Valley* Strong communication and customer service skills* Ability to lift luggage and assist passengers* Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and evenings* Professional appearance and demeanor* Clean DBS check with no previous criminal convictions* English speaking/written to a native standard* A right to work in the UK with all relevant paperwork.Non-Essential Requirements * Private hire licence with Windsor and Maidenhead is an advantage.* Experience driving chauffeur vehicles (Mercedes S & V class, Bentley or alike) Package* £32,000 per year* 24 days holiday* Extra training available* 6 month probation periodPlease note: you will be required to obtain a Prviate Hire license with the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead at your expense.
