Role DescriptionA Chauffeur provides safe, reliable, and professional transportation services for executives, clients, guests, or private individuals. The role is responsible for maintaining the assigned vehicle, planning efficient routes, ensuring passenger comfort, and providing a high standard of professional service.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide safe and professional transportation for executives, clients, guests, and other authorized passengers.Drive passengers to appointments, meetings, airports, events, and other destinations as required.Plan efficient routes and monitor traffic, road conditions, and travel times.Maintain the assigned vehicle in clean, safe, and excellent operating condition.Conduct regular vehicle inspections and report maintenance or mechanical issues promptly.Ensure passengers receive a comfortable, punctual, and professional transportation experience.Assist passengers with luggage, personal belongings, and vehicle entry or exit when required.Maintain confidentiality regarding passenger information, schedules, locations, and business activities.Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, vehicle maintenance, and related expenses.Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, company policies, and professional driving standards.QualificationsValid driver’s license with a clean and safe driving record.Previous experience as a Chauffeur, Private Driver, Executive Driver, or similar role.Good knowledge of local roads, routes, traffic conditions, and navigation systems.Strong driving, time management, communication, and customer service skills.Professional appearance, courteous attitude, and excellent interpersonal skills.High level of reliability, punctuality, discretion, and confidentiality.Ability to remain calm, attentive, and professional in different driving and passenger situations.Professional, responsible, well-presented, safety-conscious, and service-oriented approach.
