Farmers Market & Retail AssociateSecond Mouse Cheese Shop – Pleasantville, NYSecond Mouse Cheese Shop is looking for a dependable, energetic, and customer-focused team member to help represent our shop at farmers markets throughout Westchester County and assist with shop operations as needed.This is a hands-on position that is perfect for someone who enjoys food, working with people, and being part of a fast-paced small business. A major focus of this role will be preparing for, traveling to, setting up, working, and breaking down our farmers market locations.

What You’ll Do

• Transport products, equipment, tables, tents, coolers, and other supplies to and from farmers markets
• Set up and break down farmers market displays, tents, tables, signage, and merchandise
• Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service
• Sell cheese, charcuterie, specialty foods, and other Second Mouse products
• Handle transactions accurately and responsibly
• Maintain attractive, clean, and well-stocked displays
• Load and unload products and market equipment
• Assist with stocking, packing, cleaning, and other shop responsibilities as needed
• Help create a welcoming experience that represents the Second Mouse brandWhat We’re Looking For:
• Valid driver’s license required
• Reliable transportation required
• Dependable and punctual — farmers markets require arriving on time, often early in the morning
• Comfortable driving to farmers markets throughout Westchester County and surrounding areas
• Able to safely lift and carry heavy boxes, coolers, tables, tents, and other market equipment
• Able to repeatedly lift approximately 40–50 lbs.
• Able to stand and remain active for extended periods of time
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions
• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with customers
• Strong work ethic and willingness to jump in wherever needed
