Position Title: Chef De Partie – QSR (2) Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 4,000 AED inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Benefits: as per UAE labor law and airline ticket Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A new concept of Korean fast-food restaurant, based in Dubai Job Description: ? Manage daily kitchen operations within the assigned station. ? Prepare and cook Korean dishes, including fried chicken, rice bowls, noodles, sauces, and side dishes, according to standardized recipes and portion controls. ? Supervise Commis Chefs and kitchen assistants, ensuring efficient food preparation, stock rotation, and timely order fulfilment during peak hours. ? Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, HACCP standards, inventory controls, and minimal food wastage.

Qualifications

? Open to Tagalog speaker aged 40 years or below ? Minimum High school graduate with at least 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie (CDP) in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR). ? Must possess strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene practices, and HACCP standards. ? Must have good verbal communication skills in English.
