At Paramount Hotel Midtown, we’re looking for a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie – Pastry to join our culinary team.The ideal candidate is a skilled pastry professional with strong experience in high-volume hotel operations, delivering consistent quality across breakfast, banquets, coffee breaks, buffets and events.Your experience should include:High-volume pastry production for daily hotel operationsBreakfast and buffet pastry preparation and presentationBanquet, event and function pastry productionCoffee breaks, meetings and conference requirementsPreparation and presentation of pastries, cakes, desserts and other pastry productsMaintaining consistent quality, portioning and presentation standardsEnsuring proper mise en place and workstation readinessChecking product quality and reporting any discrepanciesMaintaining accurate preparation and presentation specificationsSupporting buffet and event decorations and presentationMaintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene and sanitationSupporting effective wastage and cost controlCoordinating daily requirements with the Sous Chef / Chef de Cuisine and other kitchen sectionsWe are looking for someone with:3–5 years of total culinary experienceMinimum 3 years in a similar Chef de Partie – Pastry role within a 5-star international hotelProven experience in high-volume pastry productionStrong exposure to breakfast, buffet, banquets, coffee breaks and eventsAbility to maintain quality and consistency while working at paceGood knowledge of pastry products, preparation techniques and presentationStrong understanding of HACCP, food safety and hygiene standardsGood spoken and written EnglishOrganized, reliable and able to work effectively within a multicultural teamCulinary qualification or equivalent professional experienceIf you are a pastry professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume hotel environment and enjoys delivering quality products across restaurants, buffets, banquets and events, we would love to hear from you.#ParamountHotelDubai #Hiring #ChefDePartie #PastryChef #PastryJobs #DubaiJobs #HospitalityJobs #CulinaryJobs #UAEJobs #DubaiHospitality #PastryChefJobs
