Company: Leading And Reputed University in Sri LankaPosition: Chief Academic Affairs Package: PKR 1.2Mn - 1.5MnLocation: Colombo, Sri LankaAbout the UniversityWe are hiring on behalf of a leading and reputed university in Sri Lanka, known for its strong academic standards, international outlook, industry engagement, and commitment to delivering high-quality education.The University provides an internationally focused academic environment and collaborates with leading global institutions to create opportunities for students and faculty.About the RoleThe Head of School will provide strategic academic leadership and oversee the School's academic, research, faculty, and operational activities.The role will focus on maintaining academic excellence, strengthening international partnerships, developing faculty, enhancing research performance, and ensuring an outstanding student experience.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic and academic leadership to the School.Lead academic programs, curriculum development, and quality assurance.Manage, mentor, and develop academic faculty.Drive research, publications, grants, and international collaborations.Build partnerships with overseas universities and institutions.Enhance student experience and graduate outcomes.Support accreditation and academic quality initiatives.Represent the School at national and international forums.Pre requisitePhD/Doctorate – Mandatory15+ years of higher education/academic experienceProven experience in a senior academic leadership position such as Dean, Head of School, Head of Department, Associate Dean, or equivalentOverseas university/international academic experience – MandatoryStrong research and academic publication record.Experience in academic program development and faculty management.Strong strategic leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.What We’re Looking ForAn accomplished PhD-qualified academic leader with significant international exposure, strong academic credentials, and a proven ability to lead teams and drive institutional growth.
