We don't.Chemploy is a specialist employment firm for the chemical and process industries. We employ our professionals directly, invest in their development, and care about who they become, not just where they sit. In practice that means a personal development coach (paid by us), training where it's needed, and a team that actually knows chemistry and will understand what you do.We don't have a thick policy handbook. We trust people to use good judgement, keep their commitments, and take the time off they need. Accountability and autonomy come as a pair here. You'd be employed by Chemploy and assigned to the ERA team at Wageningen. The stability of long-term employment, the intellectual environment of one of Europe's leading research campuses, and a firm behind you that's genuinely invested in making the assignment work.If that sounds like the right combination, send us your CV and a short motivation letter at info@chemploy.nl, or use the application button below.
