This is a pure sales role: prospecting, negotiating and closing, with full ownership of your accounts from first contact to repeat orders.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and win new chemical buyers in your assigned regionManage the full sales cycle: enquiry, quotation, negotiation, contract and repeat businessBuild long-term relationships with manufacturers, distributors and end usersCoordinate with sourcing and logistics teams to deliver on price, lead time and documentationTrack market pricing and demand to spot opportunitiesMeet monthly and annual revenue and margin targetsMust-Have Requirements5+ years of B2B chemical sales or trading experience, with a proven export track recordDirect chemical sales experience in the region you are applying forWorking knowledge of EU REACH compliance (essential for the EU position, required for all)Proven experience handling dangerous goods (DG) exports, including IMDG classification, SDS and documentationAn existing network of chemical buyers in your target regionFluent business English; Spanish or Portuguese (LATAM) and French (Africa) are strong advantagesBased in the UAE, or able to relocateNot for You If You are looking for a marketing, procurement, or operations role, or you have no direct chemical export sales experience.What We OfferCompetitive base salary plus uncapped performance commissionDirect access to leadership and real ownership of your accountsFast-growing, entrepreneurial environment in DubaiTo Apply Send your CV with a short note stating the region you are applying for, the chemical products you have sold there, and your approximate annual sales volumes, to [email / Easy Apply link] (hr@chemtive.com)
