قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجCompany Description Fuelbrain is a live online EdTech platform operating across India, UK, USA, Australia, and Canada, offering expert-led sessions in Chess, Coding, and Mental Maths for young learners.At FuelBrain, we are building a global community of sharp, confident, and future-ready kids through structured live classes, real-time mentorship, and skill-based learning that goes beyond textbooks.Role Description We are looking for a passionate Chess Instructor to teach children in online one-on-one and small group classes. The ideal candidate should have a FIDE rating of 1400+ and a Chess.com rating of 1800+ (or equivalent playing strength). The instructor must be available to teach during the Australian time zone, specifically 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM IST.The instructor should be capable of teaching students from complete beginners to intermediate level, creating structured lesson plans, conducting interactive practice games, and tracking student progress. They should be proficient with online teaching platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, Lichess, Chess.com, and other chess software used for analysis and training.We are looking for someone who can make lessons fun, engaging, and interactive rather than monotonous. The ideal instructor should have excellent communication skills, enjoy working with children, explain chess concepts clearly, encourage critical thinking, and maintain a positive learning environment. They should also provide constructive feedback, assign appropriate practice, and communicate student progress with parents when required.QualificationsStrong proficiency in Chess, including rules, strategies, openings, and endgame principles.Skills in Teaching and Tutoring, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and adapt to diverse learning styles.Experience in Training learners, including planning lessons and guiding practice sessions.Comfort with basic Mathematics to support logical reasoning and problem-solving activities.Previous experience working with children or adolescents in an educational setting.Excellent communication skills in English, with a patient and supportive approach.Preferred: Prior coaching or tournament experience in chess, and familiarity with online tools or platforms for educational support.
