Chief Accountant

Perfect Dish is a growing F&B and lifestyle group in Riyadh, operating multiple brands across delivery, dine-in, and catering. We are seeking a Chief Accountant to own the group's finance function and report directly to the CEO.About the RoleThe Chief Accountant will lead all accounting operations across the group, address current year accounting gaps, deliver accurate monthly financial reporting per brand, and establish the reporting systems that support continued growth.The ideal candidate has built and scaled a finance function within a growing F&B, café, or lifestyle brand setting up systems, structuring books, and adding entities and compliance requirements as the business expanded. We are looking for a proactive, hands-on professional who takes full ownership and delivers clean, reliable numbers.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the full accounting cycle, including monthly and annual closingPrepare monthly P&L per brand, closed within 10 days of month-endProvide weekly cash position reportsMaintain per-brand dashboards: revenue, COGS, labor %, food cost %, EBITDAManage accounts receivable and payables schedulesBuild and maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedulesBook end-of-service and leave provisions and payroll accountingReconcile inventory with operations and enforce food-cost discipline, including catering consumptionManage cost-center separation across brands and reporting per entityOversee supplier reconciliation and dispute resolutionEnsure full compliance with ZATCA, VAT, GOSI, and MudadSupervise and develop the teamQualifications5+ years of accounting experience in Saudi Arabia2–3 years within a growing F&B, café, or lifestyle brand that expanded during your tenureHands-on experience preparing monthly P&Ls per entity or locationHands-on inventory and COGS management in a POS-driven F&B environmentStrong working knowledge of ZATCA, VAT, GOSI, and MudadExperience with Qoyod, Zoho Books, Odoo, SAP Business One, or similarFluent in Arabic and EnglishBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldAvailable to start within 30 days; candidates in Saudi Arabia with a transferable iqama preferredPreferredExperience with Foodics or a similar F&B POS & inventory systemExperience managing books across multiple entities or brandsSOCPA membership; CMA or CPA in progressHow to Apply Send your CV with a brief note describing a brand you helped grow and your role in building its finance function.
