Chief Accountant

We are hiring a Chief Accountant to join our team and lead the company’s financial operations in a fast-growing start-up & e-commerce environment.Requirements:6–8 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years as Chief AccountantExperience in fashion / retail / FMCG / e-commerce is highly preferredStrong knowledge of inventory, cost of goods sold (COGS), and cashflow managementGood understanding of Vietnam tax regulationsChief Accountant certification requiredKey Responsibilities:Set up and manage the company’s accounting systemControl and optimize cost structuresManage cashflow and inventoryPrepare financial reports (monthly, quarterly, yearly)Work with tax authoritiesSupport financial analysis for business decisionsKey KPIs:Accurate and on-time financial reportingNo tax compliance issuesEffective cost controlStrong cashflow managementSalary: 20 – 32.5 million VND
