🚀 WE ARE HIRING | CHIEF ACCOUNTANTShellgrow Holiday Homes | Dubai, UAEWe are looking for an experienced Chief Accountant to join our growing Holiday Homes / Property Management company in Dubai.🔹 Key Responsibilities:Full-cycle accounting and financial managementMonthly P&L, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow reportingAccounts Payable & Accounts ReceivableBank reconciliation and cash flow controlOwner settlements and monthly Owner StatementsProperty-level revenue & profitability trackingControl of property expenses, utilities, maintenance and supplier paymentsPayroll and employee paymentsUAE VAT & Corporate Tax complianceFinancial reporting and analysis for managementCoordination with auditors, tax consultants, banks and suppliersImplementation and improvement of financial control procedures🔹 Requirements:3–5+ years of accounting experiencePrevious experience as a Chief Accountant / Senior AccountantUAE accounting experience is mandatoryStrong knowledge of UAE VAT & Corporate TaxExperience in Holiday Homes / Hospitality / Property Management / Real Estate is highly preferredStrong Excel / Google Sheets skillsExperience with accounting software and CRM/PMS systemsStrong analytical and organizational skillsExcellent attention to detail and high level of responsibilityEnglish — Upper-Intermediate or above⭐ Strong Advantage:Experience with Airbnb, Booking.com, Property Finder, OTA platforms, owner settlements and accounting for multiple properties.📍 Location:Dubai, UAE👤 Ideal Candidate:A hands-on, reliable and detail-oriented accountant who can independently manage the company’s financial operations and provide management with clear, accurate and timely financial information.📩 How to Apply:Interested candidates are invited to send their CV to: [assistant@shellgrow.com] with a brief description of relevant UAE experience.Salary details will be discussed during the interview.
