• Position: Chief Accountant
• Location: An Khánh, Ho Chi Minh City
• Salary: VND 30M Gross/month
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Report to: Board of Directors💼 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Organize and manage the company’s overall Accounting & Finance function.
• Develop, standardize, and monitor accounting & financial procedures and internal controls.
• Supervise daily accounting operations, including receipts/payments, sales, inventory, banking, bookkeeping, and document management.
• Prepare financial statements and statutory tax reports, including VAT, CIT, PIT, and FCT.
• Monitor and control cash flow, revenue, expenses, and AR/AP to ensure effective financial management.
• Prepare periodic financial and management reports for the Board of Directors.
• Analyze financial performance and provide financial recommendations to support business decisions.
• Work with tax authorities, government agencies, banks, auditors, and other relevant parties.
• Manage, evaluate, recruit, and develop the Accounting team.🎯 REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Auditing, or Finance.
• A Chief Accountant Certificate is required.
• At least 3 years of experience as Chief Accountant or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting standards, and tax regulations.
• Strong skills in planning, reporting, financial analysis, and problem-solving.
• Experience in Media & Entertainment, Retail, or E-commerce is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and accounting software.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.🎁 BENEFITS
