As Chief Accountant, you will play a key role in strengthening accounting excellence and supporting the company’s growth journey.Reporting directly to the CFO, you will lead a team of 7 accounting professionals and be closely involved in finance transformation initiatives, statutory reporting, tax compliance, and financial governance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the full monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes in line with corporate timelines and reporting standards;Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger reconciliations, fixed assets, intercompany transactions, inventory processes, and external audits;Review and improve local accounting policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with Group policies and internal controls;Work closely with other teams to support broader business objectives;Contribute to a collaborative, high-performance finance culture and support the development of your team.Qualifications & Skills:A university degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;At least 7 years of relevant experience leading and coordinating accounting teams in an international environment;Exposure to complex intercompany transactions, tax audits, tax compliance oversight, SAF-T implementation, and interaction with tax authorities;Experience with external and internal audits;Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy;Fluent English and advanced Excel skills;Experience with complex ERP systems such as Charisma, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar, with super user responsibilities for testing and enhancements.*The company aligns with the principles of the EU Pay Transparency Directive and will provide candidates with the applicable salary range in writing prior to the first interview stage.
