Key ResponsibilitiesLead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reportingMaintain general ledger accuracy and reconcile balance-sheet/control accountsManage project and contract accounting (revenue, costs, retentions, subcontractor balances)Oversee payables and receivables, invoicing, and collectionsEnsure compliance with IFRS, internal controls, and support audits, VAT/Zakat requirementsSupport cash flow and working capital reportingDrive process improvements and ERP system usageLead, coach, and develop the accounting teamEnsure HSE compliance within the Finance function
