Chief Accountant

The Chief Accountant will lead the accounting team and take full ownership of all accounting operations within our manufacturing business. Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and develop the accounting teamOversee all accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely month-end and year-end closingsEnsure full compliance with local accounting, tax, and statutory requirementsManage financial reporting, reconciliations, controls, and accounting recordsCoordinate and support external, statutory, tax, and legal audits, ensuring timely and proper submission of required documents and explanationsFollow up on tax filings, statutory obligations, and regulatory reporting requirementsMaintain strong internal controls and ensure proper documentation across accounting processesProvide management with reliable financial insights and reporting to support decision-making QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting or FinanceRequired Experience10–15 years of experience in accounting and financeProven experience in the manufacturing industryPrevious experience leading and managing a teamHands-on experience in dealing with tax and audits.Excellent leadership and team management skillsExcellent English, written and spokenKnowledge of SAP (preferred)🔹 What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits.Professional and supportive work environment.Opportunities for growth within a leading manufacturing organization.
