Tailor my CV for this job — free- Job Title: Chief Accountant- Industry: FMCG, Ice Cream (FDI Enterprise)- Work Location: District 11, Ho Chi Minh City- Working Hours: Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) & Saturday (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM)- Salary & Compensation: VND 40,000,000 – 45,000,000 / month (negotiable based on capability), 13th-month salary, performance bonuses, and periodic salary reviews.- Key Responsibilities+ Accounting Management & Systems: Direct and oversee all accounting operations; review and refine accounting processes; establish and continuously optimize internal control systems.+ Financial Reporting & External Stakeholder Management: Prepare periodic financial and FDI compliance reports; manage tax declarations and finalizations; represent the company in working with tax authorities, external auditors, and banks.+ Financial Management: Manage cash flows, prepare annual budgets, analyze revenue and expense structures, and control financial risks to optimize operational efficiency.+ Executive Support: Provide managerial accounting reports, advise the Board of Directors on financial and accounting strategies, and collaborate across departments to streamline operations.- Requirements+ Mandatory Chief Accountant Certificate.+ Minimum 5 years of experience as a Chief Accountant (with at least 2 years in FDI companies).+ Mandatory background in FMCG or Trading industries.+ Proficient in Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and accounting/ERP software.+ Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is a strong plus.
