The company’s culture focuses on delivering the ultimate customer experience by understanding each customer’s unique definition of “extraordinary” and “ultimate.” Its services also extend to travel security advice, health and wellness support, destination reports, auto and home assistance, and customizable digital solutions.Role Description The Chief Accountant – HCM (Lifestyle Services) is a full-time, on-site role based in Hanoi, responsible for overseeing all accounting and financial reporting activities for the lifestyle services business. This role manages the general ledger, month-end and year-end closing, and the preparation of accurate financial statements in compliance with local regulations and company policies. The Chief Accountant reviews and supervises accounts payable and receivable, payroll-related postings, tax declarations, and statutory reporting, ensuring timely submissions and proper documentation. The role works closely with internal stakeholders and external auditors to support budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls, and provides financial insights to management for operational and strategic decisions. The Chief Accountant also leads and develops the accounting team, promotes process improvements, and ensures adherence to internal control and compliance standards.Qualifications Strong technical accounting skills, including general ledger management, financial reporting, and familiarity with local accounting standards and tax regulations.Proficiency with accounting software, ERP systems, and MS Excel for data analysis, reconciliations, and reporting.Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and cost control to support business performance and decision-making.Demonstrated ability to manage audits, compliance activities, and internal controls, with attention to detail and risk awareness.Clear, professional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.Leadership experience in supervising and developing accounting or finance teams, including workload management and performance coaching.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are an advantage.Experience in services, hospitality, or lifestyle-related industries is beneficial; familiarity with multinational or shared service environments is a plus.Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Integrity, accountability
