Chief Accountant (KOL Focus)

Reports To: Chief Financial Officer / Board of DirectorsJob Objective: Manage the entire accounting system, ensuring compliance with tax and social insurance regulations. Specialized focus on consulting, controlling, and settling Personal Income Tax (PIT) for the KOLs/Influencers network.1. Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Tax Management: Organize and oversee all activities of the accounting department. Prepare financial statements and periodic management reports.Personal Income Tax (PIT) Expertise for KOLs:Develop policies and procedures for calculating and deducting PIT for KOLs, ensuring cost optimization and tax law compliance (service contracts, lump-sum contracts, partial progressive tax, etc.).Control the issuance of PIT deduction certificates and annual PIT finalization for the company and related individuals.Advise on KOL contract structure to minimize tax non-compliance risks.Corporate Tax & Other Taxes: Manage and review declarations for VAT, CIT, and Foreign Contractor Tax (if applicable). Social Insurance (SI): Control salary and bonus expenses, and ensure statutory contributions for Social Insurance, Health Insurance, and Unemployment Insurance for internal staff are made in accordance with regulations.Lead the selection and implementation of a suitable accounting system for the company.2. Job RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Auditing, or Finance. Chief Accountant Certificate is required.4-5 years of total experience in the field, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role (Chief Accountant or equivalent). Strong preference for candidates who have worked in the Media, Advertising, or Agency industries managing KOLs.Deep understanding of Tax Law (especially PIT), Labor Law, and Social Insurance Law.Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills (especially with government agencies).English proficiency is a must.Knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.Ability to start immediately.Knowledge of IT/Accounting software is a plus.
