Chief Accountant – Listed Company

Job DescriptionLead the accounting function and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting for the listed company and its subsidiaries.Oversee standalone and consolidated financial statements, management reporting, and financial disclosures in accordance with VAS and applicable regulations.Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, securities, and public company regulations, including statutory reporting and disclosure requirements.Strengthen accounting policies, internal controls, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial governance across the organization.Partner with the Board and Management on financial analysis, risk management, investment decisions, and capital planning.Lead and develop the accounting team while managing relationships with auditors, tax authorities, banks, regulators, and investors.Job Requirements:ExperienceBachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field; Chief Accountant Certificate is required.8–10+ years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 5 years as Chief Accountant or in an equivalent senior role.Proven experience in a listed/public company, with strong expertise in consolidated financial reporting and regulatory compliance.Strong knowledge of VAS, taxation, securities regulations, corporate governance, and financial disclosure requirements.Experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, real estate, or investment businesses is highly preferred.Professional working proficiency in English; strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.SkillsStrong leadership, people management, and stakeholder management capabilities.Excellent financial analysis, budgeting, cash flow management, and risk management skills.Solid understanding of accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate governance.Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Office.Professional working proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with auditors, banks, investors, and international business partners.High integrity, sound judgment, and strong commitment to confidentiality.Benefits:Competitive salary package, negotiable based on qualifications and experience.Full statutory insurance coverage in accordance with Vietnamese labor law, plus additional healthcare insurance under company policy.Performance-based bonus, 13th-month salary, and bonuses for public holidays and special occasions.Annual salary review based on performance and contribution.Company trips once per year (domestic or international).Annual health check-up.12 annual leave days.Participation in company events, monthly birthday celebrations, year-end parties, and team activities.Dynamic, professional, and collaborative working environment with opportunities to work directly with senior industry experts and leading global partners in the energy sector.Opportunity to contribute to top-tier renewable energy projects in Vietnam and gain exposure to the full project lifecycle.Working hours: Monday – Friday (8:00 – 17:30), off on weekendsWorking location: 4th Floor, Sun Grand City Building, No. 3 Luong Yen, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi
