Chief Accountant (Manufacturing)

Accounting Operations & Financial ReportingLead and manage all accounting operations across the organization.Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Prepare management reports and consolidated financial statements.Ensure compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS), tax regulations, and listed company disclosure requirements.Maintain the integrity of accounting records and financial reporting processes.2. Tax & Regulatory ComplianceOversee all tax declarations, tax finalization, and statutory reporting.Ensure full compliance with corporate income tax, VAT, PIT, and other applicable regulations.Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, banks, and government agencies.Support internal and external audit activities.3. Budgeting & Financial PlanningLead annual budgeting and forecasting processes.Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis.Deliver financial insights to support strategic business decisions.Identify opportunities to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.4. Internal Control & GovernanceStrengthen accounting policies, financial controls, and compliance procedures.Ensure effective risk management across accounting functions.Improve accounting systems, workflows, and reporting processes.Support corporate governance requirements for a listed company.5.
