Chief Accountant (Manufacturing, Location: Bình Định)

Salary: Upto 55 MilLocation: Binh DinhJob Description· Develop and manage the accounting, tax, and custom function· Manage all rounded financial and accounting issues for our establishments in Vietnam· Plan and carry out accounting activities for the Vietnam office to maintain timely and accurate reports to headquarters and local tax offices· Handle all matters relating to tax, including annual audit, tax office queries for all business locations· Manage and implement the Group’s accounting systems, internal control and practices in Vietnam· Report to the management· Handle day-to-day finance and accounting related duties.· Exercise integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting, and adhere to company financial policies and procedures and ensure compliance and regulatory requirements.· Perform any ad hoc projects as assigned.Required qualifications· Degree in Accounting/ Finance or other relevant disciplines.Required working experience· Minimum 5 years solid working experience in manufacturing costing.· Experience with multinational or sizable organization is an advantage.· Experience in ERP systems is a must.Required Languages:· Proficiency in English & able to communicate at all level.Required knowledge and skills· Highly collaborative with solid management skills.· Able to supervise a sizable team and manage of full set of manufacturing accounts and accounting system development.· Has strong affinity and plan execution ability.· Clear logical thinking, the ability to collect, organize, analyze data, and build a planning database, sensitive to numbers, and able to detect production data anomalies in a timely manner.· Strong coordination and communication skills, able to handle unexpected abnormal affairs in a timely and effective manner.· Mature, able to work independently, well organized and detailed-minded.· Has a strong sense of work responsibility and effectively controls waste in the production process.· Able to handle emergencies.Benefits· Competitive salary.· Social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance benefits as per regulations.· Harmonious and friendly working environment.· Phone allowance and other support benefits according to Company regulations.· Opportunities for professional development and training.· Chance to work with a team of experienced and dedicated professionals.· Company culture that values teamwork, innovation, and customer service.
