This role offers remote and hybrid working optionsReporting to the CFO, this newly created role will build out the Accounting team in Austin, Texas.Individuals MUST have prior SEC reporting experience, tech startup -> IPO & international experience.ResponsibilitiesPerform finance, tax, compliance, due diligence, recruiting, and customer service workflows.Integrate into ERP, CRM, and other core business systems.Operate within enterprise security and governance frameworks.Use multi-agent architectures rather than a single AI model.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or business related field.Actively licensed CPA.Minimum 15-18 years of experience.Experience in tech startup environments.Experience with IPO processes.International experience.Strong leadership capabilities.
