This is a unique opportunity with a highly regarded group where the CAO will be a trusted advisor to the Board, communicating complex financial information clearly and effectively.The CAO will oversee all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, treasury, tax coordination and regulatory + statutory reporting for this complex, multi-entity enterprise. As an executive leader, the CAO will maintain strong financial controls, accurate reporting and disciplined accounting and finance practices to drive continuous improvement.This position requires a hands-on leader with deep technical accounting expertise, demonstrated business acumen, and a proven ability to lead finance transformation initiatives, resolve complex accounting matters, and build scalable processes to drive growth. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional leader, able to develop and scale teams.
