Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll own the accounting function end to end, building a fast, reliable close, strengthening controls, elevating technical accounting, and modernizing the systems that keep a high-volume, multi-unit business running. It's a hands-on mandate as much as a strategic one: a leader who sets direction for a sizable team and stays close enough to the detail to lead the hardest work personally.We're looking for a CPA with deep U.S. GAAP command, a track record running a clean close across a distributed footprint, and the operating instincts to scale a function in a fast-moving, sponsor-backed environment. Multi-unit experience is a strong plus.
