You will build a Sovereign Dual-Graph AI Infrastructure that meets all 8 core technical principles and sovereignty enhancements of the MOHW Sovereign Cloud Services Guidelines, ensuring total algorithmic innovation, cryptographic autonomy, and data sovereignty.🔑 Key Responsibilities1. Sovereign AI Training & Secondary Use GovernanceProhibition of Unauthorized Secondary Use: Strictly enforce MOHW Guidelines prohibiting any unauthorized secondary use of patient data, metadata, or system logs for LLM/AI model training, optimization, or commercial analytics without explicit written consent.Privacy-Preserving Machine Learning (PPML): Architect Federated Learning, Differential Privacy, and Local Sovereign RAG pipelines to ensure raw patient data never leaves local sovereign encryption boundaries during training.2. AI Asset Encryption, HYOK & Anti-ExtraterritorialityCryptographic Autonomy for AI Assets: Enforce AES-256 at-rest encryption, TLS 1.3 in-transit, and Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) readiness across all vector databases, graph stores, and LLM weights.Hold Your Own Key (HYOK) Shield: Integrate Customer-Managed (CMK) and Hold-Your-Own-Key (HYOK) frameworks. Use HYOK as a technical defense against unauthorized foreign extraterritorial data requests (e.g., US CLOUD Act), ensuring foreign cloud providers cannot decrypt AI knowledge graphs.3. LifeCurve™ Medical Temporal Graph EngineGraphiti Architecture: Deploy Graphiti (Temporal Knowledge Graph Engine) within local sovereign data centers to enable dynamic, time-aware EMR event tracing.GraphRAG Multi-Hop Reasoning: Architect GraphRAG over longitudinal medical graphs and 2026 AHA CKM clinical guidelines to perform complex multi-hop clinical reasoning without exposing underlying patient identities.4. Code Inside Vision & Supply Chain Security (Model & Code SBOM)CodeGraphContext Integration: Build CodeGraphContext engines across C++, Python, and TypeScript codebases to power internal AI-assisted coding agents without hallucinatory interface bugs.GitNexus & Software/Model SBOM: Deploy GitNexus to track code/dataset provenance. Generate complete Software & Model Bill of Materials (SBOM) for all custom code and open-source models to meet FDA Premarket Cybersecurity and Taiwan Administration for Cyber Security guidelines.5. Data Portability, Machine Unlearning & Exit StrategyNon-Proprietary AI Portability: Ensure graph embeddings, vector indexes, and model weights use open, non-proprietary formats to guarantee seamless migration between sovereign cloud providers.Crypto-Erasure & Machine Unlearning: Implement crypto-erasure protocols and Machine Unlearning algorithms to execute irreversible deletion of patient data or model parameters upon request, delivering verifiable digital destruction certificates.6.
