The platform will also be delivering measurable gains in fill rate and time-to-submit, with no material compliance findings. What We’re Looking ForRequired● Proven leadership of AI/ML product or engineering teams, preferably with direct ownership of matching, recommendation, or screening systems at scale● 10+ years of experience in AI/ML or software engineering, including 5+ years in senior technology leadership● Experience shipping GenAI/LLM systems in production (e.g., RAG, evaluation, MLOps/LLMOps), and willingness to build hands-on during the first 6–12 months● Demonstrated success building 0-to-1 products from concept through execution, beyond optimizing existing platforms● High comfort operating in ambiguity and shaping scope in a formative business environment● Strong product judgment paired with technical depth, with the ability to set roadmap direction while making sound architecture decisions● Experience establishing AI governance, Responsible AI, or model-risk programs, and communicating AI strategy to executives, boards, and customers● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experienceStrongly Preferred● Experience building software in regulated or compliance-intensive environments, such as government contracting, healthcare, or financial services, with exposure to audit trails, credential or licensure verification, or clearance-adjacent data handling● Familiarity with the AI recruiting and HR-technology landscape, including ATS platforms, AI screening tools, and marketplace recruiting models● Experience recruiting, hiring, and establishing a technical team from the ground up● Master’s or PhD in Machine Learning, AI, Data Science, or Computer Science; an MBA is a plusNice to Have● Experience with, or familiarity with, companies operating in the AI talent-marketplace space● Active Secret or Top Secret clearance, or clear eligibility to obtain one, with demonstrated capability to operate within federal contractor security and sensitive data-handling requirements (U.S. citizenship is required for security-clearance eligibility)● Certifications in AI governance (e.g., IAPP AIGP, ISO/IEC 42001), cloud/ML (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud architect or ML certifications), or security/privacy (e.g., CISSP, CIPP/US)Why Join NowThis product is built on the foundation of an established, profitable government staffing business, rather than a venture-backed concept starting from zero.
