We want to build an entirely new real estate ecosystem where technology, data and human intelligence work together to deliver faster decisions, smarter transactions and exceptional client experiences.Role DescriptionStravion Investments is looking for a visionary and entrepreneurial Chief AI Officer to discover, develop and lead the next big innovation in real estate.This is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Dubai. The Chief AI Officer will work directly with the CEO and executive leadership team to turn an ambitious vision into a scalable, commercially successful and globally relevant AI-powered business.The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying transformational opportunities, developing the AI strategy and building the technology, products, team and operating model required to launch the company.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify the next breakthrough AI opportunity within the real estate industry.Create and execute the vision for an entirely AI-powered real estate brokerage.Challenge traditional brokerage models and introduce innovative ways to buy, sell, market and finance properties.Develop AI-powered solutions for lead generation, client profiling and opportunity identification.Build intelligent property search, matching and recommendation systems.Introduce predictive tools for property valuation, market trends, investment returns and buyer behavior.Develop AI agents and digital assistants for brokers, investors, developers, sellers and buyers.Automate sales, marketing, customer service, CRM, documentation, compliance and transaction management.Build the company’s data infrastructure, technology architecture and AI product roadmap.Take new ideas from concept and experimentation to launch and commercial scale.Recruit and lead a world-class team of AI engineers, data scientists, developers, product managers and business strategists.Establish strategic partnerships with global technology companies, AI platforms and PropTech innovators.Ensure the responsible use of AI through strong governance, cybersecurity, data privacy and regulatory compliance.Define commercial targets and ensure every AI initiative creates measurable business value.Build a culture that encourages bold thinking, rapid experimentation and flawless execution.QualificationsProven leadership experience in artificial intelligence, technology innovation or digital business transformation.Strong understanding of generative AI, machine learning, automation, predictive analytics and data-driven products.Experience building and scaling AI-powered platforms, digital marketplaces or technology-led businesses.Experience within real estate, PropTech, financial services or investment would be highly valuable.Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities that others may not yet see.Ability to translate ambitious ideas and complex technologies into practical and profitable products.Proven experience taking products from an initial concept through development, launch and commercial growth.Demonstrated success in recruiting and leading multidisciplinary technology and product teams.Strong knowledge of AI governance, cybersecurity, data privacy and responsible AI practices.Excellent commercial judgment, strategic thinking and execution capabilities.Confidence to work directly with founders, investors and senior executive leadership.An advanced degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or a related field is preferred.
