You will drive discovery, documentation, and delivery while acting as the single source of truth for business logic and product direction—apply to help shape the product with confidence and clarity. ResponsibilitiesOwn the product’s business logic, including financial calculations, formulas, and summarization rulesValidate monetary calculations by analyzing rounding behavior, aggregation logic, and formula correctnessReverse-engineer current system behavior to recover undocumented business rules and processesDocument end-to-end business flows, including happy paths, edge cases, exceptions, and dependenciesBuild and maintain a living knowledge base of rules, decision trees, and process mapsLead discovery sessions to identify needs, pain points, and opportunities with stakeholders and usersTranslate needs into EPICs and User Stories with clear scope, value, and assumptionsWrite testable acceptance criteria in Gherkin (Given/When/Then) for delivery alignmentManage and prioritize the backlog to balance stakeholder expectations and delivery capacityEnsure end-to-end requirements traceability from discovery through implementation and validationSet expectations on scope, timelines, and trade-offs and drive decisions when opinions conflictHandle pushback and complaints professionally and convert friction into actionable outcomesCreate user-facing documentation such as guides, FAQs, and manuals to support adoption Requirements7+ years of experience in business analysis with product ownership focusExperience eliciting requirements through workshops, interviews, and discovery sessionsExperience writing EPICs, User Stories, and acceptance criteria using Gherkin (Given/When/Then)Strong stakeholder management skills with proven ability to handle high-friction, demanding stakeholdersStrong project ownership mindset with ability to operate autonomously as the go-to product expertStrong numerical reasoning skills to validate complex financial formulas, rounding rules, and aggregationsStrong documentation skills for reverse-engineering and documenting undocumented or legacy systemsStrong attention to detail for monetary calculations and edge-case handlingStrong communication skills to set expectations, explain trade-offs, and align conflicting viewpointsUpper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2+), able to lead discussions and produce clear documentation Nice to haveExperience with financial or accounting applications and Bill of Materials systemsFamiliarity with ERP or supply chain domainsExperience with requirements and change management frameworksHands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro, or similar toolsBasic SQL or data querying skills to validate calculations independently We offerInternational projects with top brandsWork with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peersHealthcare benefitsEmployee financial programsPaid time off and sick leaveUpskilling, reskilling and certification coursesUnlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000+ coursesGlobal career opportunitiesVolunteer and community involvement opportunitiesEPAM Employee GroupsAward-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedIn EPAM is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
