Our portfolio includes Doctor-on-Call, Home Healthcare, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Diagnostics, Ambulance and Clinic services.We combine clinical quality, responsive service and personalised care with a culture that values initiative, ethical practices, ownership and measurable performance.JOB SUMMARYWe are seeking an accomplished Chief Business Officer to lead FRH’s commercial strategy, accelerate profitable growth and build a diversified, sustainable revenue base across markets and service lines.Reporting directly to the CEO, the CBO will translate business ambitions into clear commercial plans, develop growth opportunities and lead teams accountable for revenue, margins and customer acquisition. The role requires strategic judgement, entrepreneurial thinking and disciplined execution.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESBusiness Strategy: Develop and execute commercial plans across markets, services and customer segments, with clear revenue, margin and investment objectives.Revenue & Profitability: Own agreed commercial targets; improve revenue mix, pricing, account profitability and the returns generated from business development expenditure.Commercial Leadership: Align business development, channel partnerships, corporate and insurance business, and marketing priorities within the agreed organisation structure.Market & Service Expansion: Evaluate new markets, customer segments and service opportunities through business cases, demand assessment and financial analysis.Strategic Partnerships: Originate and negotiate high-value relationships with healthcare providers, hospitality groups, insurers, corporates and other strategic partners.Customer Growth & Retention: Strengthen acquisition, conversion, repeat business and cross-selling through relevant propositions and coordinated customer engagement.Pricing & Contracts: Establish commercial proposals, pricing frameworks and contract terms that protect margins and support sustainable growth.Sales Discipline: Build a measurable pipeline, reliable forecasts and structured account plans; ensure consistent CRM use and timely corrective action.Execution & Delivery: Work with Operations, Clinical, Finance and IT leaders to ensure commercial commitments are deliverable, compliant and financially sound.Team Development: Build a capable commercial leadership team, establish KPIs and develop succession readiness.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEBachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management or a related field; MBA preferred.Minimum 12 years of relevant experience, including five years in senior commercial or business leadership.Proven success growing healthcare or related service businesses across multiple locations or markets.Demonstrated responsibility for revenue, commercial budgets, margins and team performance.Strong experience in strategic partnerships, enterprise sales, pricing and contract negotiation.GCC healthcare experience and an established professional network strongly preferred.Strong financial understanding, analytical ability and entrepreneurial judgement.A decisive leader who builds teams and converts strategy into measurable results.KEY SUCCESS MEASURESRevenue and gross profit growth; commercial contribution against budget; new-business conversion; account retention; revenue diversification; forecast accuracy; and performance of new initiatives.COMPENSATION & BENEFITSCompetitive salary and performance-based annual bonus.Reward and recognition programmes.ESOP opportunities for eligible high-performing individuals.Leadership development and career advancement opportunities.WHY JOIN US?Shape FRH’s commercial direction and help build a larger, diversified healthcare business across the region.As part of our succession planning, we welcome leaders with the capability and ambition to progress towards a future CEO role, subject to performance, leadership readiness and business requirements.HOW TO APPLYEmail your CV to CEO@firstresponse.aeSubject: Application – Chief Business OfficerWebsite: www.firstresponsehealthcare.com
